Shipping

How do I track my order?

Once your package is dropped off at the post office, you will be sent an email with a tracking number. Please keep this as a reference so that you can find out where your package is.

When will my package ship out?

Because we are a small business, we pick two days a week to be our shipping days. All order processing is completed over the weekend, and all orders are shipped out on Monday or Wednesday morning. Orders placed on or before Saturday evening will be shipped out on Mondays. If you place an order between Sunday and Tuesday, it will be shipped out on Wednesday.

What payments do you accept?

We currently process payments from all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Elo.

How do I redeem a coupon?

Enter your coupon code in the appropriate box at checkout when prompted.

Gifting

We currently offer complimentary gift wrapping if your purchase is a present for someone. Please send us an email or message on Instagram with your order number so we can wrap it accordingly.

Returns

If your order is somehow damaged during transit, please send us an email or DM on Instagram immediately. Include a picture of the item and your order number in the email you send. You will be notified when the return has been processed and your money will be refunded or I will send you a replacement.
